Vita Berry: A Vitamin Rich Pregnancy Blend

A Nutritious tonifying tea for pregnancy. Brim full of vitamins and minerals to offer support to your reproductive system all throughout pregnancy. 

I created two different pregnancy teas; mostly because.....why is there one main tea on the market for pregnant mamas? I personally didn't want to drink the same thing every day through nine months! So..... I've made one that's berry rich and has sweet tangy notes from raspberry, strawberry and hibiscus and one that's mildly minty fresh and citrusy.  I have certainly enjoyed having options and I genuinely hope you do too! Both are intended to be supper vitamin filled with antioxidants and both have contain red raspberry leaf and nettles which are womb super herbs! Great to tone and prepare the uterus for easy smooth labor!

Ingredients: Nettles, Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa, Hibiscus, Strawberry + Raspberry Powder

Brew 1 Teaspoon in 8 oz hot water, Sip and enjoy up to 4 times a day. 

8 oz total by Vol. Aprox 42 Servings.

Honestly I make a quart at a time with 3 Tablespoons of tea and sip on it hot or chilled all day!
